Dr. Foo received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from public institution named Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2012. During pre-university education, he achieved an excellent result of CGPA 4.0 in STPM. Upon graduation, he served the Ministry of Health for 3 years in which he had the chance to attach under various specialties. All these clinical attachments provided him with advanced training in all the specialties of dentistry including oral surgery, orthodontic, pediatric and restorative dentistry.

 

Dr. Foo has a simple philosophy, which is to treat his patients with gentleness, compassion, and professionalism. He is committed to delivering quality and comprehensive dental care while at the same time making sure his patients understand and agree with the proposed treatment plans. In 2015, he founded Foo and Associates Dental Surgery after joining a private practice for one year. He then set up a second dental practice, Ocean Dental Clinic in 2017 and followed with third, Chan Dental Clinic in 2019.

 

Patients of Dr. Foo are very fortunate to receive state-of-the-art dental treatments as he is an active participant in continuing dental education. He has attended numerous courses in dental implant, orthodontic and aesthetic dentistry. In 2017, he obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology from the only accredited implant master programme in Malaysia. Besides, he is also a certified and licensed Invisalign provider.

 

Dr. Foo pursued his interest in aesthetic dentistry through joining Aesthetic Digital Smile Design (DSD) course, which featured world-renowned speakers including Dr. Galip and Dr. Christian Coach.
